Pasta Malas

tak nak letak gambar dlu on the top coz takot smua tkejut tgk rupa pasta rekaan ni.. but actually, it turns out to taste really nice, lemak2 masam msin!!

INGREDIENTS:
  • small shells pasta (secukup nk makan)
  • hard-boiled eggs (byk mne yg perlu, nama glamor is telur rebus)
  • mayonnaise (agk2 ckup untuk jd gravy, not too much)
  • lemon (if takde guna je limau nipis ke ape)
  • rosemary (dried pnyer pun takpe)

HOW TO PREPARE:

amatlah senang.. toddlers pun leh buat ni..

  • boil the pasta (air jgn byk sgt, nnti lmbat leh makan)
  • boil the eggs (if masaknye tak tlalu keras lgi best!!) and crush them
  • sieve the pasta, buang kulit telur (if sape nak makan dgn kulit tu ikot slera msing2)
  • for gravy, scoop mayo, squeeze lemon or lime (nak jus je), a lil bit of dried rosemary, then kacau je
  • letak grav on top of pasta and eggs.. SIAP!!! pasta malas..hehe

pasta malas yg nyum2..biapun rupa kurang menarik
Tips and Tricks:

  • lemon juice mixed with mayonnaise cud help neutralizing the fat in mayo (true or false?)
  • the gravy cud also be used for salads, tambah lebih lemon jus so that kurang pekat and sesuai for salads (beef and herbs salads etc.)
